How to Use Be-Spoke

STEP 1: Who Are You and What Do You Need?

Your Be-Spoke journey starts with you telling us a little bit about you and your needs. Don’t worry, we don’t need to know anything invasive! We just want to know whether you’re looking for apprenticeships to benefit your organisation or if you’re looking for an apprenticeship for yourself.

 

STEP 2: Choose Your Sector and Apprenticeship Level

Next, Be-Spoke will prompt you to select the sector and role your apprentice will be working in.

Remember when we said that Be-Spoke apprenticeships are tailored to your business needs? The information you provide in this section helps us provide you with personalised modules later down the line.

Now we know a little more about you, your business, and where you are looking to upskill, we will give you our core programme recommendations.

This will usually be a Level 3 programme that is designed for those new to the industry and a Level 4 programme designed for those already working in the industry looking to advance their careers.

 

STEP 3: Core Modules

Once you have selected your desired apprenticeship level, you can access the programme’s Core modules.

All apprenticeships must meet certain Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) – these are non-negotiable and are delivered virtually via Baltic’s SMART Classroom.

Expert coaches guide your apprentices through each module, giving them a robust foundation of knowledge over a two-day training block.

Next up is our Essential modules. All learners will complete 3 Essential modules, designed as self-study courses to equip employees with foundational skills crucial for success in today’s digital landscape.
