Are you passionate about empowering others with data-driven skills and knowledge? We’re looking for someone join our team as an experienced Data Trainer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data professionals while driving innovation in training and curriculum development.

As a Data Trainer with Baltic, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and industry experience to deliver exceptional training, support curriculum advancement, and lead key initiatives for our valued customers. If you’re driven by a love for data, teaching and making a tangible impact, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Develop and deliver industry leading training that equips learners with the essential skills to become a proficient data analyst
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders, creating a supportive and collaborative learning environment
• Ensure excellence by evaluating and maintaining high-quality standards of our apprenticeship programmes and training, adhering to service and awarding body procedures
• Drive learner success by effectively managing personal training plans to ensure our learners complete their programmes on time
• Innovate and shape the future by staying ahead of industry trends, introducing the latest advancements into training content and inspiring future offerings
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to help them apply their learning in real-world scenarios
• Provide onsite training to key stakeholders nationally
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including but not limited to the Equal Opportunities and Data Protection Act.
• Maintain and update own knowledge and skills to stay ahead of the curve in both the education and technical industry

Essential knowledge, skills and experience:

We’re looking for talented individuals with a passion for teaching and an exceptional command of data analysis and tools. You’ll have:

Professional Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Data Trainer, Data Scientist, or in a related role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery, CompTIA Data+, and AI-powered platforms.

Industry Knowledge:

• Familiarity with qualification frameworks and innovative curriculum delivery methods.
• A strong grasp of current trends in data science, analytics, and technology.
