General Job Description:

As we expand our digital learning initiatives, we are growing our Digital Media Development Team to enhance our e-learning video content. This role focuses on creating high-quality video content for a growing library of self-led online courses.

 

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will edit, produce, and develop engaging e-learning videos for apprentices, employers, and internal staff. You will bring scripts to life through creative visuals, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and on-brand.

 

You may also contribute to broader aspects of online course development, making this role ideal for someone eager to expand their expertise in e-learning and digital media.

 

Key Responsibilities:

E-Learning Video Production

  • Produce animated and filmed e-learning video content
  • Edit video and audio to create engaging instructional materials
  • Create motion graphics and animations to enhance learning experiences
  • Develop shot lists, storyboards, and scripts for structured content

 

Filming & Post-Production

  • Shoot and edit high-quality video and audio
  • Manage both internal and external filming projects
  • Retouch and edit images for digital course materials

 

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with marketing, curriculum, and internal teams
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Handle image/video requests and asset management

 

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Degree or Higher Education in Video, Film Production, or Media Studies
  • Strong video editing and post-production skills (Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with motion graphics & animation (Adobe After Effects)
  • Ability to shoot and edit high-quality video and audio
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects to deadlines

 

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience creating e-learning video content
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design or online course creation
  • Understanding of IT & Digital apprenticeships
