SAFEGUARDING POLICY
As an apprenticeship training provider, we understand the importance of maintaining a robust Safeguarding Policy, and that safeguarding is an ongoing responsibility that requires constant evaluation and improve its effectiveness. Our Safeguarding Policy undergoes regular renewal and revision each year. This approach allows us to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Our 2023/2024 Safeguarding Policy makes it clear that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. All team members should be able to recognise signs of potential harm, respond appropriately, and report any concerns to the Safeguarding and Support Team. The Safeguarding and Support team will then record the concern, and refer the learner to the appropriate external agency.
