Scenic Events are keen to bring in a Multi-Channel Marketing apprentice to join their growing team! Specialising in weddings, corporate and private events, they make every event meaningful, no matter the size! Offering a salary ranging between £14,000-£16,000 per annum, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to build a successful career in the Marketing industry!

As an apprentice you will be tasked with creating content for social pages such as Facebook, Instagram and the website, scheduling content across socials via Social Bee, using Photoshop, Premier Pro and Indesign for creating content and much more! In this role you will be working closely with the company Director and a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships to provide you with industry expert knowledge throughout your journey!

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

Creating content for socials – Facebook, Instagram and website
Using Zoho and looking at the analytics for the likes of conversion rates
Scheduling content across socials via Social Bee
Written and visual content to include blogs and socials
Using Photoshop, Premier Pro and Indesign when creating content
Managing social media budgets and adverts for clicks
Web optimisation, Google analytics and SEO for the website

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

£14,000 – £16,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
An extra days holiday for every year of service up to 5 years
Free parking on site

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

A creative mindset
Passion for Marketing
Eager and driven to develop skills
Knowledge of SEO and PPC would be beneficial
Creative thinker and problem solving skills
Adobe suit experience – desirable
Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and Grade 4/C in GCSE English

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Multi-Channel Marketer.
