As an IT Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Under the guidance of experienced professionals at Rydal Communications, you will gain hands-on experience across various areas of IT, including networking, security, software development, and technical support.

In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

·        IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems

·        Provide accurate information on IT products and services

·        Supporting disaster recovery solutions

·        Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and responding accordingly

·        System documentation maintenance and review in ticketing system

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

·        £13,312 per annum

·        Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

·        22 days holiday plus bank holidays

·        Team building days out

·        Pension with employer contributions

·        On-site free parking
