Baltic Apprenticeships has partnered with BizClik Media, one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital media companies, home to a burgeoning portfolio of industry-leading global brands and communities. As an apprentice, you will engage in a variety of tasks, from developing and producing high-quality content to creating videos for digital blogs and social media platforms. Additionally, you will support the management of social media channels and take on many more exciting responsibilities.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Develop and produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and digital magazines.
• Create videos for digital blogs and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Support the existing team with copywriting for magazines, social media posts, and email blasts.
• Support with email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, including creating and scheduling email blasts.
• Arrange and manage webinars and live events, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
• Support the management and growth of our social media channels by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
• Track social media analytics and web analytics and assist in monitoring and reporting on content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £18,500 per annum
• Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 17:30pm, Friday 08:30am – 16:30pm (1 hour lunch)
• Strong writing and communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
• Strong writing and communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
• A keen interest in digital media, journalism, and content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
• Willingness to learn
