As a Grofu apprentice, you'll be immersed in a supportive and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals who will guide you on your content creation journey. In this apprenticeship, you'll gain hands-on experience creating high-quality content across various platforms, including written content, visuals, and audio.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Crafting compelling content for websites, social media (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and other marketing materials
• Utilising webflow CMS, Google Docs, and SEO tools to manage and optimise content
• Tailoring content to diverse clients, from sole traders to large corporations
• Mastering a range of creative tools like Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Suite (including Premiere Pro)
• Analysing content performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Making data-driven recommendations to improve content ROI (Return on Investment)
• Engaging with audiences by answering questions, responding to queries, and interacting with comments

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £16,000-£17,000 per annum
• Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Flexibility between office and home working
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Accrue 1 extra holiday per year of service
• After 12 months you will be enrolled on to the health care programme.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience/knowledge of content creation and social media.
• Keen and eager to take on a challenge.
• Motivated and able to work independently when working from home.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Eager to create a successful career and progress within the business
• Grade 5/C in Maths and a grade 4/C in English at GCSE is required for this role.
