Are you looking to accelerate your career in IT? 

Accelerator Hosted IT solutions are on the lookout for a keen, hardworking, passionate aspiring IT Apprentice who is ready to kick-start their career!

With an excellent starting salary of £16,000 – £18,000, this is the perfect opportunity for you to build up your technical skills and develop within the industry. You will update client information on internal systems, manage and support with IT issues via the ticketing system, assist clients with the installation/ configuration of hardware and software! 

Accelerator delivers hosted IT and telecom solutions to various businesses and commercial clients across the UK, you will receive fantastic support from industry experts and you will also be supported by our specialist mentors at Baltic Apprenticeships whilst working towards an industry-recognised qualification! 

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Create, manage, and update work tickets for IT related queries working on a 1st Line Support Helpdesk
  • Assist clients with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of supported hardware, software, and services
  • Escalate issues up the line to the Support Desk Manager for further action as required
  • Update Client information on internal systems
  • Respond to client enquires to find and fix their problems
  • Track work-in-progress tickets whilst recording issues and solutions
  • Helping resetting passwords internally and externally

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • Salary – £16,000 – £18,000
  • Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
