We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative Content Creator Apprentice to join our team and help us share our mission of welcoming every child to a world of fun, learning, and growth.

As a Content Creator Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of our brand, crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and reflects our values. Whether it’s through social media, blogs, videos, or newsletters, you'll play a key role in shaping the voice of Ultimate Kids and inspiring children and parents alike. A Typical Day in the Job:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) on social media channels
• Monitor and respond to customer interactions, ensuring a positive online presence
• Oversee content management and updates of the company website, ensuring it is optimised for search engines and user experience
• Regularly review website analytics to track performance and identify areas for enhancement
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope
• Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising, using various analytics tools
• Provide detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, including insights and recommendations for future strategies
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £13,000 – £16,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
• Creative with a passion for social media/marketing
• Customer Service – Strong communication skills
• Proactive individual
• Friendly and enthusiastic
• Passion around the sports/education/fitness industry.
