Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering Excellent Client Work: Ensure that every piece of work you produce is of the highest quality, reflecting Aira's commitment to excellence in digital marketing.
• Developing Marketing Skills: Gain experience across all our digital marketing services, with a particular focus on Paid Media, learning from industry experts.
• Feedback & Growth: Hone your skills in giving and receiving feedback to improve your work continuously.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their businesses to help them achieve their goals.
• Offline Marketing Contributions: Create offline marketing materials such as posters and graphics using Canva to support client campaigns.

Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:

• Social Media/Advertising Knowledge: A basic understanding of social media platforms and advertising is beneficial.
• Eagerness to Learn: A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to dedicate time to improving your skills.
• Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges.
• Driver's License: As the role is split between Wingbury and Milton Keynes, a driver’s license is essential.
• Educational Requirements: A Grade 5/C in Maths and a Grade 4/C in English is required for this role.

Salary, Hours, and Benefits:

• Salary: £18,000 to £21,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Location: Split role between Wingbury and Milton Keynes (a driver is required)
• Perks: Regular social events with the team
