In this role, you’ll work towards your Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. 

A Typical Day in the Job: 

• Keep their online store blooming by assisting with website updates, ensuring smooth functionality, and troubleshooting any pesky glitches.
• Be the first to shout about their exciting new arrivals! You'll help launch new products online, crafting compelling descriptions and creating a buzz with engaging content.
• Unleash your inner wordsmith! From crafting captivating social media posts and blog articles to designing eye-catching graphics, you'll help them tell the story of their beautiful furniture.
• Craft monthly email campaigns that entice customers and keep them coming back for more. Analyse results and watch your skills blossom!

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. 

Salary, Hours & Benefits: 

• £18,000 per annum 
• Working a 4 day working week, Monday-Thursday with some flexibility
• Working 9am-5pm October-February and 9am-6pm March-September
• 32 hour working week
• 28 day holiday entitlement
• Free Parking
• Earn a level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: 

• Has a keen eye for detail and a passion for marketing.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new things every day.
• Possesses excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative flair for content development.
• Is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Grade 5/C in Maths and 4/C in English GCSE is required for this role.

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become a content creator.
