In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Develop and plan campaigns for new product launches.
• Manage the progression of the campaign and budget.
• Plan a content schedule for each quarter, supporting the coordinators on required topics and areas of focus.
• Create briefs for content and set targets for what we would like to achieve.
• Manage the Evans social media accounts using Hootsuite, by responding to comments, messages and liking other business content.
• Create imagery and short video content for social media using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Create website content that is optimised for SEO.
• Optimise web page performance.
• Build relationships with the marketing team and cross-functional teams.
• Build a relationship with the marketing agency to work on detailed areas of content.
• Create storyboards to help develop longer style videos to support end users.
• Develop newsletters for subscribers in both sectors and deliver relevant and impactful content to drive views on the website, with the use of Mailchimp.
• Analyse content performance with the support of Google Analytics, Mailchimp Analytics.
• Develop recommendations for future campaigns using findings from previous campaign performance.
• Create industry relevant content, both proactive and reactive to current news.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £20,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, some flexibility with start and finish times

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Strong creative & visual skills with an eye for detail and design.
• Willingness to learn and progress
