We're on the lookout for a dynamic and imaginative Content Creator Apprentice to join our team and help us bring our clients' stories to life in innovative and engaging ways.

As a Content Creator Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of our brand, working closely with a talented team to produce compelling content that reflects our creative vision and the values of The Door Creative. Whether it’s through social media, blogs, videos, or digital campaigns, you’ll play a key role in shaping the voice of our clients and pushing creative boundaries. During your journey, you'll work towards your Content Creation qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. We're committed to your growth and success.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Produce engaging visual, audio, and image-based content for social media and websites using tools like the Blackmagic 4K Pocket Cinema Camera, DJI RS3 Pro Gimbal, and other hired equipment.
• Develop storyboards, briefs, scripts, mood boards, and shoot plans to guide content production.
• Edit and finalise content using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, PremierPro, Illustrator) and software like Unreal Engine and Midjourney
• Upload and update website content using WordPress
• Respond to social media queries
• Scheduling social media posts 
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Liasing with clients, managers and other member's of staff

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £13,000 – £15,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Staff away days
• All equipment provided

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
• Creative with a passion for social media/marketing
• Customer Service – Strong communication skills
• An understanding of social media
• Adobe understanding
• Passion for learning
