You’ll work closely with industry professionals to create engaging content across social media, blogs, videos, and digital campaigns, helping to elevate our brand and tell the story of Kaizen-FM and its clients. A Typical Day in the Job:

• Social Media Management – Facebook, Messenger, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram
• Create engaging social media posts
• Visual, audio and written content creation
• Analytics and reporting – social media insights and analytics

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £13,000 – £15,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
• Creative with a passion for social media/marketing
• Customer Service – Strong communication skills
• Creativity
• Passion for learning
