Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join the dynamic marketing team at Harbour Hotels as a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprentice. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the online presence of one of the UK’s most prestigious and fast-growing hotel groups. As you learn and develop essential digital marketing skills, you’ll gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and more, all while working within a vibrant and supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our luxurious coastal and city properties.

You will assist with marketing tasks and administrative support across all of the social marketing channels, with a focus on digital channels such as social media, website, email and Google ads, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing & Communications Manager.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi Channel Marketing Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assisting in writing and designing marketing content for digital and print marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, website, email, flyers, brochures and magazines
• Monitor the social media channels and interact with guests
• Helping to generate reports from Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Intelligence and other digital platforms
• Using the CMS Umbraco to keep the website up-to-date
• Research information for articles on the website and trends for social media
• Assist the Creative Manager on photo and video shoots when needed
• Support with events at the hotels such as restaurant launches
• Assisting in writing and designing marketing content for our digital and print marketing channels – this could include our email campaigns, website, paid and organic social media and print materials
• Support with day-to-day administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth running of our marketing campaigns, such as updating contact lists, making print orders and proof-reading menus

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• £23,500 – £25,000 Per annum
