Calling all aspiring IT Support Technicians! Baltic Apprenticeships are thrilled to be partnering with Inspired Outsourcing to hire an IT Support Apprentice.

As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for providing IT Support in-person, over Teams, the phone and ticketing system. You will work on a verity of tasks such as updating hardware, ordering equipment, updating software, escalating issues and so much more to reach your true potential!

In this role, you’ll work towards your Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • 1st Line IT support via calls, emails, in person and ticketing system and Teams
  • Password resets
  • Keeping systems up to date (Windows, Chrome, Edge, Citrix) 
  • Assist in determining when an issue is to be escalated and to whom it is to be escalated too 
  • Hardware support and replacements
  • Replacing PSUs, CPUs, RAM, Disk Drives, Hard Drives, Solid State Drives, Motherboards 
  • Updating software
  • Creating and updating documentation regarding IT processes and hardware documentation 
  • Assist with networking such as switches and cabling

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

  • Salary – £22,425
  • Monday – Friday 11 AM – 7 PM
