In this role, you’ll work towards your Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. 

A Typical Day in the Job: 

• Assist in planning and executing dynamic marketing campaigns across various channels, including TikTok, LinkedIn, Email, and Meta Business Suite.
• Help create and optimise Google Merchant Center listings to ensure flawless product representation.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest digital marketing trends and insights.
• Utilise a powerful toolbox including Shoptimised, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms to craft and implement winning marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the team to develop effective marketing briefs for client campaigns on a bi-weekly basis.
• Leverage data analysis tools to translate campaign performance into actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. 

Salary, Hours & Benefits: 

• £16,000 per annum 
• Working Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
• 3pm finish on Fridays!

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: 

• Has a keen eye for detail and a passion for marketing.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new things every day.
• Possesses excellent communication and writing skills.
• Is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Grade 5/C in Maths and 4/C in English GCSE is required for this role.
