In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team.

Typical Daily Duties:

• Troubleshooting general PC hardware and application issues
• Maintain server backups and network security
• Purchasing IT equipment
• Maintenance and support of the business system
• Maintain internet and email security
• Record and document procedures
• Involvement with cloud technology such as Office 365 and SharePoint

Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:

• A self-starter within IT field
• Good communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• General passion in IT
• A Grade 5/C in English and a Grade 4/C in Maths is required for this role

Salary, Hours, and Benefits:

• Salary will be national minimum wage for your age bracket
• Monday – Thursday 8:15 – 5:00 Friday alternate 8:15 – 12:45 and 12:15 – 16:45
• 35 days annual leave including bank holidays
