We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team at TRS Training Ltd, a leading provider of transport and logistics training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, monitoring and reporting inbound leads, and supporting the broader marketing and events efforts. This role requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking to enhance our online presence and support the business’s marketing goals.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team.

Typical Daily Duties:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage posts across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster an online community.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics to identify trends and optimise engagement strategies.
  • Monitor inbound leads generated through digital channels such as social media, website, and ad campaigns.
  • Report regularly on lead activity, performance, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Update website content, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date, particularly related to services, events, and news.
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Design and produce digital leaflets, brochures, and promotional materials in line with branding guidelines and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation, execution, and optimisation of digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Monitor ad performance and report on key metrics, suggesting improvements to maximise ROI.

Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:

  • Proactive and willingness to learn
  • Great attention to detail
  • Understanding of social media platforms and experience using them
  • Canva experience would be advantageous
  • A Grade 4/C in English and a Grade 5/C in Maths is required for this role

Salary, Hours, and Benefits:

  • £18,000 – £20,000 per annum
  • Monday – Friday – 8 AM – 4 PM
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Free car parking
