Data Analyst Apprenticeship

As a Data & Business Insights Apprentice at Sell Beyond, you will play a key role in helping our team transform data into actionable insights. Through hands-on training and mentoring, you'll learn to work with cutting-edge tools and techniques to analyse business performance, forecast trends, and support strategic decision-making. In this role you will have a fantastic work life balance, working hybrid with 4 days from home and 1 day in the office per week.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Date & Business Insights Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Perform detailed customer research, understanding typical behaviours and characteristics.
• Complete market research using business databases, LinkedIn, Companies House, to identify potential new clients.
• Inputting and Tracking sales data.
• Use HubSpot CRM, Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Creating reports for Internal and External Stakeholders.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel to complete data analysis.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £19,250 per annum
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
• 22 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays!
• A beautiful rurally located office
• You will be working hybrid in this role, 4 days from home and 1 day in the office per week

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 4 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role.
• Good eye for detail
• Somebody analytical with a passion for numbers
• Eager to learn and develop
