Calling all aspiring digital marketers! Homecarers Ltd, based in Liverpool, are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their growing team.
Homecarers Ltd aim to provide service users with the choice to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, promoting independence and healthy lifestyle choices. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to make a difference in the community, creating engaging and valuable content to be used across the business.
Homecarers have experience supporting apprentices' in the past; guiding and supporting them through their programme. Most recently, your mentor has just achieved a distinction, been promoted and is ready to kick-start your career through the same process.
You will be an essential part of the team, responsible for planning and creating content, providing insights on analytics, upload content to the website and so much more to enhance your skills and reach your true potential! Homecarers have experience kick-starting apprentice's careers in the past, they know what it takes to support and guide you throughout your apprenticeship programme!
In this role, you’ll work towards your Digital Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Planning, creating and managing marketing, email and social media campaigns
- Using Sprout Social and Canva to create posts and social media campaigns
- Upload content to the website and monitor traffic
- Create weekly analytical reports to showcase engagement and growth
- Optimising web traffic and content for the website by creating blog posts and promoting SEO
- Taking part in events in the local communities
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £18,000 – £20,000 – Depending on experience
- Monday – Friday – Hours between 8 AM & 6 (e.g 8 AM – 4 PM / 10 AM – 6 PM)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- A driver is required for this role due to travel between sites (Driving to the Chester Area)
- Passion for Digital Marketing
- Interest in Healthcare
- Written and verbal communication
- Customer service experience
- Grade 5/C in Maths and 4/C English GCSE
