With a successful track record of nurturing and developing existing talent within their organisation, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on exciting projects, master the latest programming languages and tools, and grow within a supportive, collaborative environment.
If you are passionate about software and are interested in gaining an industry-recognised qualification, this role could be for you!
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with experienced developers to design, develop, and test software solutions.
- Learn and apply programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Contribute to real-world projects, from idea generation to deployment.
- Debug and improve existing codebases to enhance performance and scalability.
- Attend workshops, code reviews, and training sessions to expand your technical skills.

Hours, Salary & Benefits
- £14,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
- 25 days holiday including bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Grade 6 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Logical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
Your Training with Baltic:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Software Developer.
In addition to our standard curriculum, you and your employer can select additional training courses from our bespoke and expert offerings. These courses are designed to enhance your knowledge and develop specific competencies.
