SeedLegals is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Content Creator Apprentice to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment, loves content and social media, and is eager to learn about the exciting world of startups and investors.

 

As part of the marketing team, you’ll work closely with different business areas such as Design and Sales as well as with external partners and collaborators. You’ll support our content creation across different formats, e.g blog articles, eBooks, newsletters and videos. And you’ll help increase our reach and amplify our campaigns across various platforms, such as LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Luma (for events). In your day-to-day you’ll use tools such as WordPress and Hootsuite and you’ll have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of content and marketing tools. 

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creation Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Work closely with our social media, events, content and design members of the team
  • Write briefs for content and design projects
  • Produce and share engaging social media content
  • Create and edit videos for eg YouTube and TikTok
  • Support our busy publishing pipeline on our blog
  • Help create newsletters for our founder and investor audiences
  • Publish webinars and events online, own promotion across channels, create video content at our events and support as required
  • Amplify our event marketing and audience reach incl for our SeedLegals Awards flagship event
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, eg to feature expert quotes in our articles 
  • Ensure consistency across campaigns in tone of voice and design
  • Use analytics tools to help us understand content performance and create reports
  • Attend Teams calls and manage your projects and tasks

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Grade 5 in English and Maths is essential for this role
  • Excited about content creation, publishing and video editing and have experience in producing your own eg for your social media profiles (eg TikTok) or blog
  • Enthusiastic about growing an online audience and accelerating content engagement 
  • Motivated by setting and achieving performance targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for design and storytelling
  • Passionate, innovative and creative
  • Driven and eager to learn and develop in the business
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, WordPress, Hootsuite and Trello
  • Interested in working with startups, founders and investors

Salary, Hours & Benfits:

  • £24,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off
  • flexible working – this role is based at our London office but you can work at home as agreed with your manager
  • Weekly allowance for a free lunch in the office once a week
