 In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

 A Typical Day in the Job: 

  • Answering inbound calls within an agreed answer time
  • Log all customer issues, queries, and requests into the ticket management system
  • Provide server, Network, and Desktop Technical Support, diagnosing customer issues, and providing a high level of first-time fix
  • To action Hardware configurations and software installations
  • End-to-end ownership of problem resolution

 

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • Salary £15,000 Per Annum
  • 25 Days plus Bank Holidays
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Grade 4/C in Maths and 5/C in English

 Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support apprentice.

Beyond the fundamental apprenticeship modules, you'll delve into two custom-designed modules and one advanced expert module. This personalised approach will hone your abilities and deepen your expertise.

  • MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals – Demonstrate foundational-level knowledge of cloud-based solutions to facilitate productivity, compliance and collaboration among on-site, remote, and hybrid workers.
  • Confident Communication – enhance communication through self-awareness, body language, voice control, and digital skills.
  • Prompt to Perform – Master advanced techniques to create precise prompts and maximise the effectiveness of Generative AI outputs.
