Digital Marketing Apprentice

Baltic Apprenticeships is partnering with an employer seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working toward an accredited digital marketing qualification. You'll collaborate with industry professionals, developing the skills and knowledge needed for a thriving career in digital marketing.

A Typical Day in the Job:

–         Utilizing tools like Canva to design posts and execute social media campaigns

–         Planning, developing, and managing marketing strategies, email campaigns, and social media initiatives

–         Updating website content and monitoring site traffic performance

–         Enhancing web traffic and optimizing website content through blog creation and SEO promotion

–         Preparing weekly analytical reports to highlight engagement metrics and growth trends

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

–         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

–         A passion for Marketing

–         A keen attention to detail

–         Strong organisation skills

–         Grade 4/C in GCSE English and Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

–         £14,000 per annum

–         Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week

–         20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the creative world of digital tech and launch a rewarding career in Marketing. 

You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of market strategy, from campaign management, aligning marketing efforts with business goals, strategic planning and data-driven marketing. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in Marketing.

You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
