Wilson & Scott (Highways) Ltd, established in 1952, is the UK's longest-established car park and road marking company. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality line marking solutions, the company specializes in car park markings, EV bays, bespoke custom markings, safety walkways, and road and highway markings. Operating a fleet of over 100 line painting vehicles and maintaining regional depots across the UK, Wilson & Scott remains a trusted leader in the industry.

As part of its ongoing growth, the company is seeking a Level 3 Content Creator Apprentice to join its dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to contribute to the company's digital presence by producing engaging content that showcases its expertise and services. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills in a supportive and innovative environment while playing a key role in enhancing Wilson & Scott's brand reach.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creation Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

What You’ll Do:

• Research & plan creative content which will enrich the company’s social platforms and ultimately maximise audience engagement
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the content you have created using engagement tools, and put forward improvement plans
• Conduct effective marketing research and provide a marketing plan which includes measurable campaign goals
• Regularly update the company’s blog and different social media platforms with appropriate content, including (but not limited to): LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Create short-form video content that helps boost audience engagement
• Utilise keyword research tools to create optimised content, following SEO best practices
• Capture video footage, conduct podcast recordings, and interview industry professionals to create compelling multimedia content.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £18,000 to £20,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm
• 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
•  Dedicated and hardworking with a strong work ethic
• Passionate about content creation across multiple platform
• Proactive, innovative, and creative, with a genuine drive to shape and develop the role
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Premiere Pro for video editing
• GCSE Grade 4 English and 5 in Maths
