Are you a creative and motivated individual with a passion for digital content? Abingdon Flooring, a leading UK flooring manufacturer, is looking for a Content Creator Apprentice to join our team!

In this exciting role, you'll help showcase our brand through engaging content across social media, websites, and marketing materials. From capturing behind-the-scenes moments to crafting eye-catching posts, you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies, including planning and scheduling posts across platforms like TikTok.
• Create engaging content for product launches, including social media posts, press releases, and editorial pieces.
• Support the production of marketing materials, such as spec sheets, brochures, and other design assets using InDesign.
• Schedule and manage content calendars with tools like Later.com to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency and contribute creative ideas across digital and print channels.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £15,500 per annum
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
• 28 days a year including bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
• A strong passion for digital media and content creation.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Digital Media and Marketing sector.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and design tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
