Baltic Apprenticeships is partnering with an employer looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as a Content Creator Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working toward an accredited qualification. You’ll work alongside industry professionals, developing the skills and knowledge needed for a thriving career in content creation.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Creating engaging content for social media platforms using tools like Canva
• Assisting in the planning and development of creative content, including images, videos, and written posts
• Writing blog posts and social media captions to engage with audiences
• Helping to edit and refine visual and written content to maintain brand consistency
• Tracking engagement and performance of content to understand what works best

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for content creation and storytelling
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail
• Good organisational skills
• Grade 4/C in GCSE English and Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £16,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
• 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship will provide everything you need to develop your skills in digital content creation.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in content production, social media management, and audience engagement while learning how to craft compelling content that aligns with a brand’s identity. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll gain the confidence and qualification needed to kick-start your career in content creation.

You'll be based full-time with an employer and quickly become a valued team member. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
