Kids Planet Day Nurseries - ITL3 New Apprentice

Kids Planet Day Nurseries is looking for a motivated IT Apprentice to join their growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

As an IT Apprentice, you will support our IT team in maintaining and improving their systems, assisting staff with technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across their nurseries.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assist with general helpdesk requests
• Managing any helpdesk requests within a suitable timeframe
• Helping with device deployments (laptops, tablets & phones)
• The successful candidate to support head office & nursery staff
• Onsite visits may be required ad-hoc

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £15,863 – £25,589 per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday to Friday 08.30 – 04.30 will be flexible once embedded into the team
• 20 days holidays plus bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English is essential for this role
• Excellent Communication skills
• Desktop Support
• Laptop/PC builds
• Keen to progress in a career in IT
• Willingness to learn
