Content Creator Apprentice

Wave is a dynamic e-commerce leader in the Spa and Watersports industry, dedicated to delivering excellence. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in an office-based role in Newcastle. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, content creation, and digital marketing, with a focus on optimising and creating engaging content for our website and marketing channels, all within the Shopify ecosystem.

As our E-commerce Assistant and Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and success. Your responsibilities will include enhancing our website's content, creating compelling images and videos, and supporting our marketing initiatives to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience on Shopify.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Enhance product listings with engaging descriptions, images, and videos.
• Improve website layout and user experience on Shopify for optimal customer engagement.
• Develop captivating content for our social media and marketing channels.
• Help to manage and optimise Meta Ads through data analysis and content testing
• Take our TikTok platform to the next level by creating captivating videos to improve customer reach
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute e-commerce marketing campaigns and promotions using Shopify's features.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic Apprenticeships team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £16,000-£18,000 per annum
• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

• A minimum of grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Grade 5/C Maths (or equivalent)
