IT Apprenticeship

As an IT Apprentice at Evolution Recruitment Solutions, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey within the dynamic field of information technology. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in supporting IT systems and infrastructure, allowing you to develop essential technical skills and enhance your problem-solving abilities. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will gain practical expertise in areas such as system maintenance, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity. This role is designed to equip you with the foundational knowledge needed for a successful career in IT.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

What you will do:

• Resolving helpdesk queries
• Logging, assigning and answering help desk calls
• Creation for new users and accounts
• Removal of new users and accounts
• Updating and installing various software applications
• Resolving hardware issues with PCS, Printers, Routers, Networking, Switches and cabling
• Basic server administration
• Stock management -Asset tagging, recording stock movement

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

• Passion for IT
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and diagnostics
• Familiarity with windows 10/11, windows server 2019/2022, Microsoft365 and office applications
• Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills 

Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Apprentice.
